Acceptance of goods
The buyer is responsible for inspecting all goods received and notifying us within 24 hours of receiving the goods should there be any fault.
Shipping address
The shipping address for your order is that listed on your order confirmation email. If an incorrect address was entered, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be made after the order has been processed. Wasap Store takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer and is not liable for any associated loss.

Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. The item must not have been worn, washed or soiled in any way. Postage is not refundable. See Refund and Returns Policy for more details.
Order cancelations
If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations with discretion. If items have been shipped Wasap Store reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee (total 50% of the amount paid) should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
